It is said that husbands everywhere have trouble telling their wives they love them…especially in public.

 

So I say here’s to breaking that stereotype – today on Valentine’s Day, and I urge all you ‘manly’ outdoorsmen to do the same!

 

I love you Cheryl!   Happy Valentines Day and thanks for putting up with all the hunting and fishing over the past 15-years!

  1. You must have really screwed up ODG. I’m sure you’ll score lots of points with this one.

    I’ve crossed this threshold many years ago. I tell my wife I love here several times a day. Why you ask ? Because I do love her Not only that but she’s my hunting buddy too, yess fellas you can bring your wife hunting (it also makes it easier when it comes time to justifying new equipment). . Not only that she’s a licensed trapper and you should see her skin a beaver…..

WOW you guys are lucky . all my wife wants is to leave her alone today so she can watch the race in peace. we have been married 15 years as well. been with her for 20 . we do alot of things apart and that is what keeps things going … the reason i married her is I asked her if i could go moose hunting she said I dont care ( it was the day after our wedding day… it was the best honey moon a groom could ask for….

    Cheryl, he’s a man. Yes he’s a moron who does not think about your feelings. I TOTALLY understand. If you need a place to stay, you are more than welcome too. LOL

    You do try your best although there are times when I wonder if I would get more attention if I had a nice rack….on my head that is, with ten points of course….

  7. lol Mrs. Outdoorsguy. my wife to get attention places her hands on either side of her face and lifts them like gills opening on fish and opens and closes her mouth …. it works for her .. you may want to try it some time during fishing season

  10. Mrs ODG…that there was funny…….you could in fact start your own blog entitled…..”being the Mrs to an out doors guy” and educate the world on this life style. Mrs Trapper could co-write it with you as she too understands it…
